We have had several rugs cleaned here and they have exceeded our expectations. We purchased a damaged rug for a new addition. They came to our home, customer measured the rug to work proud some inclusion walls, customer cut it and cleaned it. It is exactly what we wanted. They also completed it before their estimate. I purchased a rug at an estate sale and had it taking up the majority of my car. They told me to come over right away to drop it off. They did a full evaluation of the rug. In a week the rug was cleaned, deodorized, and scotch guarded. They delivered it to my house, and placed it exactly where I asked. The price was very reasonable for the impeccable work that was done. We took our antique Serapi rug to Remmers for cleaning because our dogs have soiled it and it had one hole where our plant was sitting. They did an incredible job on my handmade woven rug we bought in Turkey. It had basically been used as a litter box by my 65lb dog. They even fixed a hole our dog had chewed out of the rug. They matched the colors so well I couldn't tell where the damage had been. And no smells on the rug! And they picked up and dropped off and finished 2 weeks early.
