I purchased a rug at an estate sale and had it taking up the majority of my car. They told me to come over right away to drop it off. They did a full evaluation of the rug. In a week the rug was cleaned, deodorized, and scotch guarded. They delivered it to my house, and placed it exactly where I asked. The price was very reasonable for the impeccable work that was done. We have had several rugs cleaned here and they have exceeded our expectations. We purchased a damaged rug for a new addition. We took our antique Serapi rug to Remmers for cleaning because our dogs have soiled it and it had one hole where our plant was sitting. They explained the whole clearing and repair process to us and also gave us tips on how to care for the rug. We picked up the rug after two months and it was well worth the wait .
